Lenoir-Rhyne Rocketry Team, in association with Ballooning, Engineering, And Rocketry (BEAR) Club. It has long been our goal to create an environment for students to explore interests in engineering, physics, and aviation through the pursuit of a common goal in rocketry. The team is open to all Lenoir-Rhyne students interested in engineering, physics, or rocketry in general, regardless of major.
The team needed to use a 3D printer to make the parts of rocket (charging wells and payload components) needed to participate in the Spaceport America's Cup rocket competition at Spaceport New Mexico, to participate in the Spaceport America's Cup rocket competition on June 21, 2022, ELEGOO To express support, we sponsored MARS 2 PRO 3D printer and resin to team members, hoping to help them successfully participate in the competition!
2022 SPACEPORT AMERICA CUP: 149 teams from 22 different countries competed during the five-day event.
