Where We Ship

Orders placed on ELEGOO US (us.elegoo.com) can be shipped to the United States:

Estimated Delivery Time:

1. In-stock Product: 3-7 business days for delivery.
2. Pre-owned Product: 4-10 business days for delivery.
3. Pre-order Product: We will ship the product according to the estimated delivery time on the page, after shipment, it takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• We can ship orders to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Fees:

For orders over $50, it’s FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $50 will be charged a $15 shipping fee. EXCEPT this condition:

Orders that include Saturn 4, Saturn 4 Ultra, or Saturn 4 Ultra 16K will incur a shipping fee of $20 per unit.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can’t be dispatched by any express.

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status has been completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery due to force majeure after the package is dispatched from ELEGOO, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice of the delivery cost. If the case of this happens, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the return charge plus an additional re-delivery cost before we re-dispatch
