📦What is the Worry-free Delivery?
Worry-Free Delivery is the official logistics insurance provided by elegoo partner-Seel. By selecting the Worry-Free Delivery when placing your order, you will get triple protection against loss/stolen, damage, and delay.

❗Important Purchase Rules

  • ✅ Must be purchased at the time of placing the order. Not available after shipment.
  • ✅ Effective immediately after shipment. Non-refundable once active.
  • ✅ Cancellation is only possible before shipment, by contacting elegoo customer service.

Covered regions: United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Ireland.


Coverage & Compensation Rules

🔍1. Package Loss/Stolen
Q: When is a package considered lost/stolen?

  • Domestic orders: Not received / no tracking updates > 30 days after shipment
  • Cross-border orders: Not received / no tracking updates > 60 days after shipment
  • If the tracking status explicitly shows "lost", a claim can be filed immediately.

Tip: Domestic = origin and destination in the same country. Cross-border = different countries.

Q: What proof is required for loss? (Any one of the following):

  • Official proof of loss from the courier
  • ✅ Surveillance video showing non-delivery
  • ✅ Written proof from a third-party authority
  • ✅ Police report

Compensation: Full refund of order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees).


📦2. Package Damage
Q: What kind of damage is covered?

  • Product damage caused by logistics within 7 days of receipt.

Required proof:

  • Clear photos of damaged outer packaging
  • ✅ Close-up photos of the damaged item(s)

Compensation: Seel will assess based on severity, up to full order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees). If the proposed amount doesn’t meet expectations, you may continue negotiating with Seel on the claim page.


3. Delivery Delay
Q: When is a delay claim valid?

  • Domestic: Not delivered within 10 days of shipment
  • Cross-border: Not delivered within 30 days of shipment

Compensation: Fixed $5 (converted to payment currency).

Q: If I claim for delay, can I still claim for loss/damage later?

  • ✅ Yes! Delay claims do not affect your rights for loss/damage claims.

Q: Can I buy protection after placing the order?
❌No, it must be purchased at checkout.

Q: Can I get a refund for the service?
❌Not after shipment (service becomes active once shipped).
✅ Refunds are only possible before shipment via customer service.

Q: If I already claimed for delay, can I still claim for loss/damage later?
✅Yes! Delay claims do not affect loss/damage claims.

Q: Can I ask for replacement for damaged printer?
✅Sure. Choose “replacement” when you file a claim. Seel will purchase the repacement from elegoo.

Q:  How long can I receive the replacement?
It depends on elegoo’s shipment and local inventory.

Q:  How should I deal with the damaged product?
Elegoo will collect it on behalf of SEEL and we cover the shipping fee for returning it.

Q:  Can I choose both replacement and refund?
❌No, you can only choose either replacement or refund.

Q:  Why there is no package I want to claim?
Please contact elegoo customer support team and later you can authorize elegoo to claim from seel.

Q: What is the Seel Extended Warranty Service?
The Seel Extended Warranty Service is an optional value-added service provided by Seel. It offers extra protection beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty period and coverage, including the following unexpected issues:

  • Mechanical failure: Internal parts or components malfunction, causing the device to stop working properly.
  • Electrical failure: Damage or malfunction caused by power surges, short circuits, or improper voltage distribution.
  • Accidental damage from drops, spills, or impacts: Device damage or malfunction caused by accidental incidents.

Q: Can all 3D printers purchase this extended warranty service?
Currently, only certain printer models are eligible for the extended warranty service. More models will be supported gradually, so please stay tuned.

Q: Does this extended warranty cover all printer accessories?
❌ No. The current extended warranty plan applies only to the printer unit itself. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered under this warranty.

Q: Can bundled products purchase the extended warranty service?
✅Yes, the extended warranty can be purchased for bundled products. However, it only covers the 3D printers included in the bundle. Parts and accessories, filaments, and resins are not covered.

  1. Inspect the package upon delivery! Refuse if damaged and take photos.
  2. Keep the shipping label and unboxing video as proof.
