1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received.

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.

For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. ● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has a critical defect, manufacturing flaw, or any other significant functional issues.

● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition.
● You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If you return a product due to a reported issue, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If, after testing, the returned product is found not to exhibit the reported issue, Elegoo may deduct costs such as shipping and any customer-caused damage, including:

Upon receipt of the returned item, our after-sales team will assess its condition and determine any applicable charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

● The value of any missing items—such as accessories, cables, or filaments—will be deducted from the refund amount.

I had the Neptune 3 pro for 8 months and I was very impressed with my first print I have printed TPU,ASA,PLA,PETG and it came out great. The printer is very easy is to startup you just have to do the z offset the your good to print. I have printed a 38 TPU football it came out amazing I also upgraded it with a enclosure so I can print ASA.

Exactly what it says it is

It’s a decent and simple 3d printer for an affordable price and prints better than I expected it to however it requires you to fix and calibrate everything by hand which can get difficult depending on the problem and can be really time consuming.

Broke within 7 days and support ghosted me.

Don't buy from this company, the printer broke, support ghosted me after their troubleshooting broke my printer even further and they deleted my first review

Good, if you want a cheaper option

This printer has made weird noises eventhough I have only used PLA, is honestly kind of loud: sounds like a big fan. SD card came with corrupted videos, so setup was hard. Oher than that is prints with VERY high accuracy works well with my kind of shaky table, and the menues are Easy to navigate, do what you want, and not accidently do something you didn't want to do.

Good Printer for Anyone

I''ve had the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro for about 2.5 years and i''ve got to say its had its ups and downs but over the last 2 years i''ve only had to pay around 30$ in upgrades and it gets the job done. I would recommend a Creality or Bambu printer but this is an ok printer for anyone looking to get into the field. Overall a good printer.

Great intro 3D printer

I bought this one because it was one of the top rated 3D printers i found online. and i have not been disappointed, sure i have had some minor learning curve issues with the printer but im thinking its more me than the printer. I have printed extra pieces for games, some Halloween costume/cosplay items, a couple ideas for business concepts, and many more... no its not the fastest printer that is out there but those require a little more understanding, and where i will probably upgrade, this will still be my concept machine, since i want it to be better prints... NOW A NEGATIVE, ELEGOO has more than enough ability to change out the MICRO SD to a USB connection. at this point to not do it is just silly.

Best beginner printer ever! I've made many projects with this printer and learned a lot in the process.

Great machine

I currently own three of these machines, and have not had an issue yet. Everything works right out of the box, just a just a quick leveling session and it was ready to go. using Elegoo slicer, the prints come out near perfect every single time.

Easy to use and works perfect with excellent print quality.

I love this printer. I've printed with PLA, Silk PLA, and PETG with very good results. I use an inexpensive glue stick and have had no problems with bed adhesion. Even large parts print accurately.

Excellent 3D Printer

It’s user friendly, easy to setup and operate.

It arrived timely and was easy to set up. Works like a dream and haven't had any issues whatever I throw at it to print. If you can adjust your speed in your slicer it can easily can print at 100mm/s without much noticeable lost.

fine i guess

it was fine for a little and then my printer started to go all wonky and had so many technical issues and it was hard to even heat the nozzle up so i am wondering if i can have a replacement printer

Buyer beware

I really want a real 3D printer and thought this looked really good. The problem is the interface software with Windows 10. It absolutely will not be seen on my computer. I've tried everything I can to work out the issue. Support has been abysmal. Non of the drivers I've been able to find out been directed to solved the issue. One could put the files on the micro card, one at a time and MAYBE print an object. Then another problem raises it's head. The item doesn't stick to the platform , even after using the supplied glue stick. I just don't get it. So, unless you want less than optimum performance (in any case, it prints slowly), save your money and look elsewhere for a printer. You'll get no help from support other than 'take a video of your installation and send it to us' and we'll get right in ignoring it.

Great product, for a great price!

Great first printer. Pleasantly surprised

The only tricky part is finding your z offset. It was not difficult by any means but it took me a bit of searching to discover the best/easiest/fastest method is printing a flat sheet and looking at the lines. With that method it should take about 5 minutes to get that z offset dialed in and from there the default settings have printed flawlessly for me. Very happy with the Neptune 3 Pro.

Good printer but it’s not leveled on the legs

Received my Neptune printer and when I set it up it wobbles, the legs aren’t even, one is shorter or two, I am unsure at this point. Can you fix that for me?

Easy start up for beginners

This is my first 3D printer, I set it up per the included instructions, and I was able to print within half an hour of unboxing. My first prints were great with default settings, with a little f one tuning there were even better.

Don’t not buy!!!

I’ve had this printer for 3 months now and went thought 2 motherboards already. Save your money and go with a different brand.

Contemplated this and did lots of research. Glad I chose Elegoo. Easy setup and learning curve.

Good prints

It was easy to set up with the given instructions. I had a bit of trouble with the hotend, but customer service replaced it and we're super nice and very helpful. After getting a profile for prusaslicer from Elegoo's website, the Neptune 3 pro is great. The prints are amazing and I recommend it to anyone wanting to start for a low-budget option.

Received quicker than expected. Great quality printer and it produces great prints. If anyone is on the fence in making a decision buy this printer! You won’t regret it.

Great introduction to 3D printing

The price is right, it has a lot of good things about it, the reviewers have done a better job of it than I, just look them up!
I am using it to learn as much as I can about 3d printing. The device is well made with good things like direct drive, dual Z srcews, etc. I am using klipper and Marlin to learn about tuning and working with all of the settings. This little guy makes that easy. Granted I am a tech nerd, so I am fairly technical with regards to this stuff. . .
You can't go wrong especially if you want to get into the 'nitty gritty' of it all.

Beautiful print. The automatic bed leveling leaves a lot to be desired. No failures except the bed leveling.
