Saturn 4

Was partially damaged when received, still works but damage on the outside.

They set you up completely and much better then competitors and their customer support is amazing compared to there competitors the only reason I put 4 cause it has everything except extra release film and the plastic scrapper is kinda flimsy honestly would recommend tho

I switched over to the Saturn 4 after Anycubic fucked me over with Replacement Parts for my MonoX2.

I've had every success possible with this machine. The sensor works great, auto-leveling is awesome, and every print I've ever done has come out great.

My ONE 'issue' has been with the printer reading the Vat as Overfilled even when its clearly not, but I've simply added lest resin to the tank and its fine.

Great machine, great price, so far so good.

This is the most reliable printer I have had. Always prints nicely.

Machine did not work attempted 5 different prints all failed to adhere to bed and had to clean the tank each time. I have currently been in a back and forth with support for 5 days for a refund

The printing machine seems well made, with a very solid one hand release for the build plate, and a clever flip-up lid. The instruction manual is a little vague. My first test print was successful, using Chitubox as a slicer and some Google searches to answer questions. (I am new to 3D printing, so some issues were due to my ignorance.

Couldnt even get a good print and the screen went bad without even using the printer. DO NOT BUY ELEGOO PRINTERS

I have been a loyal Elegoo customer since the original Mars. The quality and ease of use continues to advance and the customer service has always been top notch. Thanks to the Elegoo team for manufacturing a product my business can rely upon.

I've had the printer only a few months and it rarely prints without freezing. The little quirks to the printer with all the new sensors can take some getting use to as well. When it does print though I get a decent product. Just don't put too much faith in their customer service.

My printer arrived with a large portion of the screen glass damaged. Elegoo support has been terrible. They wait 1 to 4 days in between email responses. They refuse to process a return even though the website says 14 days full return on defective products. I will never buy another Elegoo product again if this isn't resolved.

I'm working through the issues with customer service but it's been weeks now and I've tried everything but still nothing but failed prints. I'm hoping for a return/replacement but that has not been offered

I've had excellent success with the Neptune 3 Max and 4 Max FDM printers, so I decided to try my hand at resin printing thanks to the Black Friday sales. I purchased the Saturn 4 and the new Mercury XL wash/cure station and both products arrived quickly. Setup was extremely easy and I kept thinking that I was missing steps as it was so fast. I used the Elegoo water washable resin to produce the chess piece test print and that came out perfect on the first attempt.
My next project was a large figurine which I sliced and printed in sections using both Chitubox and VoxelDance Tango. The slicing software is similar enough to Ultimaker Cura to quickly pick up the basics, but I'm leaning towards VoxelDance as my main slicer and I'm glad that a license for it is included with the printer. Part of me wishes that I paid the extra to get the 4 Ultra with the extra features, but I'm very happy with this machine and you can't beat it for the price and ease of use.
I'm about to order the carbon air purifier to attach to it along with a spare build plate and resin vat to make changing between resin types quicker. I also recommend ordering the stainless steel funnel and spare PFA films while you're at it for future use. Get plenty of resin, rubber gloves and paper towels too.

half the print bed will not get close enough to print and the other half is too close causing the layer to burn in so well you have to chisel is off. yes the machine is level and yes I reached out to support 3 days ago no response.so I cant recommend

Amazing 3d printer, had a mini freak out last night and contacted the help customer service email at 3:30. They contacted me at 5m and sent exactly what I needed for my issue and it worked. Just needed a firmware update.

We had print failures on the first print (except the test image - that little chess piece printed perfectly…eventually).

We are not yet blaming it on the printer itself. It could be various other issues. For starters, the FEP that came installed in the tank was cloudy. Not mottled cloudy as if it had been used but as if it were made of frosted glass. I changed the FEP, changed from grey abs-like resin to white water-washable and THAT’S when the test image was able to print perfectly. However the next thing I printed failed partially. It could be the slicing. We don’t know.

The delivery was bad too. They delivered it to our next door neighbor and the box was kind of banged up. The printer inside seems ok though.

The printer has been amazing being my first. The only issues I have is there is a slight crack on the hood, and the display looks like there was some adhesive issues. Other than that it has been an amazing addition to my 3d printer stock.

Works perfect right out of the box, there's no comparison to my last printer the Halot Mage 8k which had endless issues.

I have several of Elegoo's machines. This is my second Saturn and I love them

This is a great starter, or even mid tier printer for anyone that wants to do 8 to 10 inch resin prints. I am not kidding when I say, I opened the box, put the resin well in, attached the build plate, and just started to print. I had to do zero configuration. This printer is about as idiot proof as it gets.

Every print I do is a fail have only had the thing for a month and the bed easing motor dose not work any more will be requesting a refund

I have to say the printer is amazing, it makes everything easy to print with all its amazing features, I'm used to using the Mars 2 pro and upgrading to this with it's self calibration and easy to use interface is the best. I could not be more happy with my purchase, the only thing i have to complain is UPS, since it's such a big item it's hard to receive it without the door panel cracked despite all the package protection, UPS is a factor but other then that Customer service was very accommodating and sent me free Resin for the inconvenience, realistically they have no control of shipping especially when its traveling a long distance and there's no guarantee if they sent you a replacement it would work but what matters is the product work perfectly just a minor cracked cover other then that absolutely the best. If your a casual user or starting into getting into the hobby I recommend the Saturn 4 is a must!

I was excited to get this printer and when I opened it there was a crack in the LED screen. I contacted support right away. It took 24hrs for them to respond and they offered to have me watch a video and see if I could fix the printer myself. I chose to return it and I am not sure if I will buy another one or find a different company. I’m not happy support wanted me to fix my brand new printer. Now
I need to tell them I have shipped it back and hope I get a refund.

I had a awful experience. First order came damaged with a cracked uv shield also no camera which was a bummer. I asked to exchange it for the saturn 4 ultra since this was damaged and I had to dish out a whole new order and pay another 419! On top of the 319! Instead of just sending me a invoice for the difference. Of 100. Should of been free shipping as well to make up for all this I shouldn't have to lose 40 due to mishandling.

I was promised full refund still waiting and still said won't refund shipping but I was promised free shipping fee will be returned to me since it arrived mishandled and free shipping on new order but nope.

Also promised free 2k resin and accessories to make up for all these issues, I've been dealing with for over 3 weeks now and ruined my vacation, on top of that the start of opening my business so it really hurt me.

Still no refund and still no free resin or accessories as promised to make up for this massive inconvenience.

I stopped getting a response about that no real resolution or help but nonsense.

Still haven't recieved new order suppose to be delivered on 17th and nothing. This purchase inconvenienced me in so many detrimental ways what a set back.

A rush on my full refund and the 40 for shipping on both orders would be great and as promised as well as free 2kg resins and accessories for saturn 4 ultra as promised by elegoo but not fulfilled.

Very disappointed. I hope the 2nd order doesn't arrive worse than the first so far not looking so good. It's late.

Got this machine to replace a mage that failed after only 3 months of use.
Glad I did. Works very well!

I have used the Saturn 4 daily for two weeks and am please with its performance. Including the drip tray with a Saturn 4 would be a good idea.

Printer arrived in a damaged box, tye kid had two small cracks in it .

Exactly like the title states it's fantastic...could have used better packaging... Green lid came in with a 5 inch crack in it and I found a loose screw but was easy enough to screw it back into place...the printer itself is amazing

Won’t work with any usb besides the one they sent with it. Prints EXTREMELY slow, sitting idle for over 20 seconds per layer despite wait settings being 0.
Prints do look great, but not worth all the issues I’m having.
