Your order can be delivered to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington, D.C. However, we currently do not ship to Alaska,U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau).
We now offer shipping for 3D printers to Hawaii. Please note that resins and filaments and accessories remain unavailable for Hawaii delivery at this time. Shipping costs for Hawaii orders are determined at checkout.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received.

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.

E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.

I had the Neptune 3 pro for 8 months and I was very impressed with my first print I have printed TPU,ASA,PLA,PETG and it came out great. The printer is very easy is to startup you just have to do the z offset the your good to print. I have printed a 38 TPU football it came out amazing I also upgraded it with a enclosure so I can print ASA.

Exactly what it says it is

It’s a decent and simple 3d printer for an affordable price and prints better than I expected it to however it requires you to fix and calibrate everything by hand which can get difficult depending on the problem and can be really time consuming.

Broke within 7 days and support ghosted me.

Don't buy from this company, the printer broke, support ghosted me after their troubleshooting broke my printer even further and they deleted my first review

Worked well when it did, I did everything to fix the thing, even bought a whole new extruder and it still reminds broken. Support is responsive but is only giving me solutions I've already done 5 times over. Get a different printer.

Good, if you want a cheaper option

This printer has made weird noises eventhough I have only used PLA, is honestly kind of loud: sounds like a big fan. SD card came with corrupted videos, so setup was hard. Oher than that is prints with VERY high accuracy works well with my kind of shaky table, and the menues are Easy to navigate, do what you want, and not accidently do something you didn't want to do.

Good Printer for Anyone

I''ve had the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro for about 2.5 years and i''ve got to say its had its ups and downs but over the last 2 years i''ve only had to pay around 30$ in upgrades and it gets the job done. I would recommend a Creality or Bambu printer but this is an ok printer for anyone looking to get into the field. Overall a good printer.

Not beginner friendly

I have spent over 12 hours trying to get this to print filament correctly. I have troubleshot every possible thing, adjusted all the recommended settings according to the manual and elegoo online. It simply will not print correctly. Our sd card also came dead and we had to borrow someone else’s to try to get this up and running. If it was not gifted to us, I would be returning it.

once you get all that figured out your print still fails on day two.

I've wasted half a roll of filament got one print to come out right...time to put on a new roll. same brand, same color and...nothing will print properly. time to go through all those traps again.

i am very frustrated with this product and would recommend that no one buy this product but that's what you want:
'you should buy the newer more expensive one, we fixed the problem and its only a few hundred more to us to not have that problem.'

Bad experience still not resolved

My printer arrived with a known firmware defect that causes the print head to crash into the PEI plate, damaging several components that are being replaced (very slowly). I don't know why Elegoo is shipping printers with this defective firmware. I received my printer on August 28th but it's still not working. I've been waiting for 11 days for the 3 replacement parts that were damaged by the bad firmware (extruder head, cable, PEI platform). Still don't have a tracking number. I regret this purchase.

Great intro 3D printer

I bought this one because it was one of the top rated 3D printers i found online. and i have not been disappointed, sure i have had some minor learning curve issues with the printer but im thinking its more me than the printer. I have printed extra pieces for games, some Halloween costume/cosplay items, a couple ideas for business concepts, and many more... no its not the fastest printer that is out there but those require a little more understanding, and where i will probably upgrade, this will still be my concept machine, since i want it to be better prints... NOW A NEGATIVE, ELEGOO has more than enough ability to change out the MICRO SD to a USB connection. at this point to not do it is just silly.

Great machine

I currently own three of these machines, and have not had an issue yet. Everything works right out of the box, just a just a quick leveling session and it was ready to go. using Elegoo slicer, the prints come out near perfect every single time.

Easy to use and works perfect with excellent print quality.

I love this printer. I've printed with PLA, Silk PLA, and PETG with very good results. I use an inexpensive glue stick and have had no problems with bed adhesion. Even large parts print accurately.

Excellent 3D Printer

It’s user friendly, easy to setup and operate.

It arrived timely and was easy to set up. Works like a dream and haven't had any issues whatever I throw at it to print. If you can adjust your speed in your slicer it can easily can print at 100mm/s without much noticeable lost.

fine i guess

it was fine for a little and then my printer started to go all wonky and had so many technical issues and it was hard to even heat the nozzle up so i am wondering if i can have a replacement printer

Did the Buddha statue that comes with it

I did it perfectly fine and so I uploaded something else
Something that I wanted
And the first layer was fine
But the second layer was terrible
So I tried something else
For everything it would be like that
So I reached out to them and they sent me an email of what to do
Did everything
Nothing helped

Buyer beware

I really want a real 3D printer and thought this looked really good. The problem is the interface software with Windows 10. It absolutely will not be seen on my computer. I've tried everything I can to work out the issue. Support has been abysmal. Non of the drivers I've been able to find out been directed to solved the issue. One could put the files on the micro card, one at a time and MAYBE print an object. Then another problem raises it's head. The item doesn't stick to the platform , even after using the supplied glue stick. I just don't get it. So, unless you want less than optimum performance (in any case, it prints slowly), save your money and look elsewhere for a printer. You'll get no help from support other than 'take a video of your installation and send it to us' and we'll get right in ignoring it.

Terrible

This was my first fdm printer and I thought the auto level feature would be good. It sucks and is the only way to level you can not manually level the bed. Prints don't stick to bed and just leave a spaghetti mess unless you watch it for the first 15min and constantly reset the machine and clean the nozzle. The first time I changed the nozzle it leaked horribly so much that it pushed out the wires in the hothead leaving me with a completely useless nozzle that I could not even clean and repair. I do not recommend and will not buy any other elegoo products

Half star isn't even a option

It worked good for a while then stopped working so I poured money into to fix an which is hard when your a teen so after dumping money into it I quit it's just a terrible return on investment at this point

It never turned on

It was a waste of my money... I was trying to start a print farm. So I was undecided to go with a bamboo lab a1 or the elegoo neptune 3pro.

Great printer. Product arrived in excellent condition for assembly, and provides excellent prints right out of the box.

Poor customer service

I contacted them in regards to me misplacing my small SD card. I asked them if I could buy another one from them. They didn’t respond to me. I bought an a gig one. It didn’t work. They told me it had to be formatted a certain way it still didn’t work. I’ve been contacting them and trying to email them as they don’t have a phone number. I can call and I haven’t gotten a response back. I’m so disappointed because I cannot use my 3-D printer And it’s just a headache because I really want to use it but there’s no way for me to use it if I don’t have an SD card because all the ones that I buy, it doesn’t read it even the 8gig.
