Your order can be delivered to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington, D.C. However, we currently do not ship to Alaska,U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau).
We now offer shipping for 3D printers to Hawaii. Please note that resins and filaments and accessories remain unavailable for Hawaii delivery at this time. Shipping costs for Hawaii orders are determined at checkout.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received.

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.

5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has a critical defect, manufacturing flaw, or any other significant functional issues.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product was significantly damaged during transit, provided you submit a carrier-issued damage report to Elegoo.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition.
● You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped and a carrier interception attempt is unsuccessful, you must wait until the package (if refused) is returned and inspected. Once confirmed, we will process your cancellation. In this case, you are responsible for all related shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.

If you return a product due to a reported issue, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If, after testing, the returned product is found not to exhibit the reported issue, Elegoo may deduct costs such as shipping and any customer-caused damage, including:
● Cosmetic damage to the product or its packaging (e.g., making the original shipping box unusable);
● Missing accessories or parts;
● Damage resulting from improper packaging during return shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our after-sales team will assess its condition and determine any applicable charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
● Returned items must be sent back to designated locations before a refund can be processed.
● The value of any missing items—such as accessories, cables, or filaments—will be deducted from the refund amount.
● If you request to return a non-defective item within 14 calendar days of receipt, you are responsible for all applicable charges.

Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
● Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be approved by our official customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost, for which we are not responsible. Always contact customer service before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.

going bad after just under a year

So i have had this printer just about a year and suddenly the screen is heating up so bad the prints are failing a few layers in. The resin is what to hot to print anything. The printer has been completely cleaned, taken apart cleaned out resin and dust removed and everything checked and it is still over heating to the paint it is useless. and of course it is now to late to get help.

Failed by Elegoo

I purchased a Saturn 3 ultra directly from elegoo that ended up having a defective motherboard. 3 months later after having my time wasted by the service department the only thing I still have is a non functioning Saturn 3. Be careful. You could very easily be me too. Gamble accordingly

I have 5 Elegoo printers and the Sat 3 Ultra is my favorite. It just works well and few issues.

Fast & Easy!

What a great printer for the price! A bigger build plate than my Mono X, with much faster print speeds, too. Also, I'm really enjoying the ability to Network Send a job, to start it remotely.
I've printed tons of miniatures already, and plan to print many more!

50/50 chance of the machine working correctly

I bought 2 of these machines thinking I could add them to my small print farm. Of the 2 one works flawlessly, but the other one will not print a plate to save it's life. Same settings, same resin and nothing will work. I put in a ticket shortly after receiving the printer and the support I got was indifferent. They didn't care that the machine wasn't working correctly and closed out the ticket.

I looked at it just recently and out of the box the bulb is only working on about a quarter of the build plate. This explains why nothing will work, but again the support I got would not even troubleshoot it to that point and won't send a replacement machine even though it is clearly their issue.

The Elegoo 3 ultra is such a workhorse. 1 yr later, screen is still perfect, only 3 fep changes. It’s a well built machine that just works. Details are amazing. I have a farm of these while the sat4 ultra sits.

Upgrade from Anycubic

Moving from an anycubic photon mono m5s to the elegoo saturn 3 ultra was a huge upgrade. Although they do the same thing, elegoo does it with grace and precision. I will be grabbing another one of these as a backup soon as i do not want to go without it. Great platform! i love the air purifier

I just Recive my printer today, i am very happy and excited to use it for the first time

Latest Update cracked my glass, took 3 printers down.

I own 4 of the Ultra 3 and love them, until this latest update. 3 of the 4 machines have started colliding with the glass (even after leveling). One even cracked the glass. Opened a ticket and they want a video of the problem (why would I take a video of a problem that has already critically damaged one printer?) 3 responses all asking for information they don't need. I own 4 I don't know which order number went to which machine, nor do I want to pull them all down to get their serial #. Love the printer when it works, customer service has been very frustrating.

Be careful! The newest firmware version for the Saturn 3 Ultra ruined my printer! Everything was printing fine until I uploaded it. Once I did, the build plate crashed into the vat, spilling resin EVERYWHERE! I try to keep my machines up to date, but this last update was a costly mistake.

Best Choice in Mid-Tier - Even now!

While I am tempted by some of the new Saturn 4 Ultra Features, the shear quality, reliability, and ease of use make me want my second Saturn another 3 Ultra... with the new lower prices i hope to see it stay in the market for years to come. I just changed out my LCD for the first time, and the entire procedure took only 20 minutes. This machine is so well-designed and built, and prints so fast and well, I can only give it a 5-Star rating.

This machine does it all. Precision, speed, easy to operate. I'll probably purchase a few more.

Great printer!

This is my second resin printer and I think the Saturn 3 Ultra is great. I play miniatures games and the build plate is a great size to print a whole squad at once. My previous printer was a different brand and it wasn’t as good.

Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra Review

Went from a Mono X to the Saturn 3 ultra and I am so glad I did. Print quality is amazing. Also printing time is much faster. Excellent printer......

Took my money and never received the printer

Elegoo lost my printer and still hasn't replaced it. I needed this for business and their support was out for a month for celebration. People that actually need their products to get things done are SOL. I still have no printer, and no refund, and no communication from the company. Absolutely the worst service ever. Spend your money somewhere else.

Loving the Saturn 3 Ultra so far

I'm coming from a Mars 4 Ultra, which has been very similar to the functionality in my new Saturn, but a bigger plate which is what I was looking for. It's been a great machine so far.

Fantastic printer

I love this printer. The prints are phenomenal. Fast and not too loud and did i mention the prints. The resolution is ultra fine.

New to it; still trying to get it to work.

I have 3 years of experience resin printing; I use an Anycubic Mono X as my main machine. That machine allowed me to plug it in, turn it on, add resin to the vat, and conduct a test print object immediately that was provided with the included thumb drive. In an hour I had my first print... what an exciting way to start!

The Saturn 3 Ultra, by contrast, has been frustrating to get going. The temperature of the machine and/or resin seems to be very temperamental, IF that is the issue I'm having. There is no supplied test file; a minor quibble, since I have several. However, it also doesn't use the Lychee scene format, so I had to re-slice my test files just to attempt them. Three tests and three failed prints later, I haven't gotten a successful print yet. I have a vat warming system, mixed the new 8k resin vigorously, imported the settings with the most 100% result reports, and still the prints peel off the build plate (the first two runs the test print didn't print at all, then it printed one of the two test images perfectly but the other didn't stick).

I am sure once I get it right it will be a marvelous system, but for now it just seems to require a TON of fine-tuning where the Anycubic was literally plug and print.

First time resin printing and it was perfect!

I love this machine. I have a FDM printer but was never happy with the layer lines. I received this from my wife for Christmas. By Christmas night I had my first print. Came out great!

Best printer

I bought the Saturn 3 Ultra on sale and this printer has been one of the best purchases yet. It printed test prints flawlessly right out of box. I moved on to printing 8' character bust with high detail and it came out fantastic. I would highly recommend and I will certainly be sticking with Elegoo!
