Shipping Restrictions

  • Your order can be delivered to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington, D.C. However, we currently do not ship to Alaska,U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau).
  • We now offer shipping for 3D printers to Hawaii. Please note that resins and filaments and accessories remain unavailable for Hawaii delivery at this time. Shipping costs for Hawaii orders are determined at checkout.
  • Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

3. Please ensure all order details are accurate and your phone is accessible. If a product is returned due to the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees and redelivery costs prior to resending the item:
A. Failure to contact the delivery carrier within 5 days of a delivery attempt.
B. Incorrect shipping address provided.

1. Consumable Parts 
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received. 

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
 
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions: 
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has a critical defect, manufacturing flaw, or any other significant functional issues.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product was significantly damaged during transit, provided you submit a carrier-issued damage report to Elegoo.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition.
● You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped and a carrier interception attempt is unsuccessful, you must wait until the package (if refused) is returned and inspected. Once confirmed, we will process your cancellation. In this case, you are responsible for all related shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.

If you return a product due to a reported issue, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If, after testing, the returned product is found not to exhibit the reported issue, Elegoo may deduct costs such as shipping and any customer-caused damage, including:
● Cosmetic damage to the product or its packaging (e.g., making the original shipping box unusable);
● Missing accessories or parts;
● Damage resulting from improper packaging during return shipment.
 
Upon receipt of the returned item, our after-sales team will assess its condition and determine any applicable charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
● Returned items must be sent back to designated locations before a refund can be processed.
● The value of any missing items—such as accessories, cables, or filaments—will be deducted from the refund amount.
● If you request to return a non-defective item within 14 calendar days of receipt, you are responsible for all applicable charges.

Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
● Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be approved by our official customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost, for which we are not responsible. Always contact customer service before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.
● Late Return Requests: Return requests made more than 14 calendar days after receipt will not be accepted.
● Incomplete or Damaged Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition — with all accessories, parts, gifts, tools, and packaging included. We cannot accept incomplete items, those showing damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, or deformation), or those with missing/damaged components. Returns will also be refused if the product is damaged due to improper repackaging or shipping. Note that failure to follow our packaging instructions may void the warranty and result in additional charges.
● User-Caused Damage: Returns will not be accepted if inspection shows the issue was caused by user error (e.g., physical impact, burnout, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, incorrect installation, or improper use).
● Tampered Labels: Products with removed or altered labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting marks cannot be returned.
● Force Majeure: Products damaged by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, lightning, or traffic accidents, are not eligible for return.
● No Fault Found: If Elegoo's testing finds no fault with the product, the return will not be accepted.
● Missing Documentation: Returns without a valid purchase receipt or invoice, or with documents suspected to be forged or altered, will be refused.
● Non-Refundable Items: For products confirmed as non-refundable, customers may choose to have the defective product returned to them at their own shipping expense.
● Delayed Shipping: If the return shipment is not dispatched within 7 calendar days after approval, the return may be refused.

Additional Notes
● Once a qualified return is received, Elegoo will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment account. For certain payment methods, if a refund cannot be processed to the original account after 6 months, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm an alternative refund method.
● These terms do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished products.
● Failure to submit a request within the specified periods constitutes a waiver of your right to return or exchange the product.
● Claims for missing products must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the shipping date. Claims after this period will not be processed.
● Elegoo does not provide support outside the original region/country of purchase. If customers seek service in another country or region, they will be responsible for all related costs.
● If your product is damaged, please do not attempt repairs without our guidance to avoid potential risks. Only perform repairs as instructed by our customer support team.

The ELEGOO Neptune 4 comes pre-installed with Klipper firmware, with an ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor for faster command processing and execution, enabling it to print at an impressive speed of up to 500mm/s for higher efficiency. The 8 GB ROM provides ample storage space for fast printing.

Additionally, the printer supports advanced features such as input shaping, which reduces mechanical vibrations in the printer's motion system and artifacts such as ringing, rippling, ghosting, or echoing on the printed model surface. The pressure advance function adjusts material flow according to printing speed, ensuring consistent pressure in the nozzle and reducing filament ooze or blobbing.

Potent Extrusion & Upgraded Hotend

The dual-gear direct extruder features a 5.2:1 reduction ratio and enhanced gearing force for even filament extrusion and sufficient discharge, weighing only 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro.

The copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe features a unique air duct design for faster heat dissipation and less nozzle clogging.

The nozzle with an extended hotend can withstand up to 300 °C to fully melt the filament, meeting the temperature requirements of high-temp filaments like nylon. (Tips: ABS and ASA filament materials are recommended to be used in conjunction with a 3D Printer Enclosure.)

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 3d printer it has good print quality, prints fast and has a nice print volume. The LED lights are a nice addition as well as the touchscreen.

8 Months In, No Issues Yet!

This is my first printer ever and it is very simple to use! I've been printing consistently for the past 8 months and have yet to encounter a single issue. The Neptune 4 provides lightning fast prints with exceptional quality. The Elegoo Cura slicer is very simple to use, but is quite lacking. I'd recommend using Orcaslicer for more complex prints or to have more control over your prints. The UI is very simple to use and navigate, and the lights on the printer are nice for illuminating the build plate. My one complaint is that the printer is quite loud when using the fans on fast prints, but that's really not a big issue. In conclusion, if you want to get into 3D printing or just want a fast, cheap printer, get the Neptune 4!

Great first impressions from a consistent brand

I have other Elegoo products but this is the first FDM printer I have gotten. Everything as expected with this one, precise packaging, good video instructions, everything works right out of the box. There support exceeds expectations for an overseas company.

Got it for $185 on sale as my first 3D printer, and it is incredible value for the money. It feels like it punches well above its weight, especially when you get good at setting up your slicer just right. I use Fusion and OrcaSlicer, and this printer has brought my friends and I lots of joy with just my intermediate 3D modeling skills. 25mm tall DND figurines with impressive detail for FDM, functional replacement parts for furniture using printed threads, clean multicolor prints with a couple of carefully planned manual filament changes - I don't feel limited by this printer's capabilities, only by my skills, and that's how I like my tools.

Second Neptune after just learning 3D Printing

I wasn't sure if I would have a need for a 3D printer and even understand how to create something so I purchased the Neptune 3 Pro. I figured the cost wasn't must to lose if I didn't do well. Three weeks later, I purchased a second printer, the Neptune 4! If I had known how easy it was, I would have purchased the better model the first time. Read, Read, Learn. I've had no issues with either of my Neptunes. Yes, 3D printing isn't like sending a document to a laser printer but read, learn from other's mistakes, watch a few videos. I'm not making stuff to sell, I've made models, repair parts, items for around the house, etc. I believe most issues people have with any brand printer is user error.

Love It!!

This is an amazing 3D printer, I just got it and printer so many things so quickly. It is great quality. I do want to let people seeing this know that if your printer is not printing very fast with models you find online, download the orca slicer that is in the usb they send you with the printer. And edit the slicer settings to change quality and speed (search up speed (or quality) settings on yt, ChatGPT, or google).

This was a very well built unit, with clear instructions to put it together. Unfortunately, many of the adjustments mentioned in their aftermarket 'tuning' videos are difficult for a beginner to comprehend.

Nozzle drags on infill

I bought this 3d printer while it was back on sale back in December and it has been causing me nothing but problems. The main problem is that regardless of how many times it is leveled, the printer always drags the nozzle on the print and there doesn't seem to be an actual fix to this. I've searched for hours looking for a fix but could never find one. The nozzle being dragged on the print just results in ripped up supports and infill. Save yourself the headache and go get a printer from Creality or Bambu Lab.

The printer is terrible, the documentation is horrific, and the software is terrible. At this price range save $50 and get a Ender 3 which has infinitely more documentation. This printer seems to have amazing specs, but they fail to deliver on everyone. Without dialed in settings good luck printing anything with overhangs or bridges. Sure the speed can reach 500mms if you are printing a box or rectangle, but anything else. This printer has no audience as well, either get a ender 3 for $150 or get the a1 mini combo for $350 their is no reason to buy it. This printer and company is terrible.

Love this!

This is my second 3d printer. I bought it to replace the Anycubic Kobra. The setup was easy. I was surprised that it was already tuned in the factory. It came with 3 extra nozzles and an extra micro sd for updating firmware. My only complaints are that there are no guides on when the rear cooling fan is needed and that it uses an older version of Klipper firmware. I want to update Klipper to the latest version but am worried that it will make the screen unusable (this can happen when using a non-Klipper screen UI).

Works great!

Works better than I thought it would. This is my first 3D printer. We've printed close to 30 items now. There's been a few hiccups, but those were user errors.
1st hiccup: First day setup and printing we poisoned ourselves being too close to the machine for too long, inhaling fumes. Terrible headaches and nausea.
2nd hiccup: I used the glue stick, but didn't clean the surface. Soap and water washed the magnetic surface, re-leveled and works perfectly again.

Built a custom enclosure with an air purifier (HEPA+carbon) to help with the fumes.

Better than the Ender 3 V2

I have had an Ender 3 for a while that I got on sale for $100,and I ended up getting the Neptune 4 for $170 on Black Friday. Right out of the box the Neptune is far superior. Assembly was pretty much just plugging in motors & sensors and attaching the upper half to the lower with 4 screws (didn't have to spend all day assembling complex parts). But the main reason the Neptune is better is the performance. It can print at blazing speeds and high accuracy. I can use a 0.2mm nozzle and have my prints done within the hour, where my Ender 3 was taking 4. Also, the auto-leveling is awesome. No more worrying about adjusting those knobs at the beginning of each print (although the Neptune also has knobs which I actually like having the option). I also like the bed it comes with, I found that heating the bed to 65c and widening the first layer line width to 0.3mm ensures a good stick. Also the printer comes with extra bells and whistles like the filament detector and heat diffuser. Overall I would highly recommend this printer over the Ender 3 (which is at a very similar price). This is a great printer for a first time 3D printer buyer or someone who is well versed.

faulty printer

First use until now:
-printer will not work unless i quickly move the bed
-usb that comes with printer says error every time it is entered into laptop and sometimes does not show gcode files when in printer
-other usb that came with printer has TF card that says 512 yet my laptop reads it as 474
-Z plane shifts and leveling shows fluctuation of nozzle height

Today:
-print stopped halfway through
-mcu shutdown and adc out of range
-unable to download firmware update due to faulty usb with TF card.
-printer does not read other included usb previously mentioned

Excellent printer on a great sale!

I've been very pleased with my Neptune 4! After a nightmare with an Anycubic Kobra Max I grabbed this just so I could print again. But man I'm blown away by how awesome this printer is! Under $200 on a Black Friday sale and this thing has just been slamming out print after print. The only issue I had was a bit of layer shifting along the X-axis. This printer I will say moves too fast for it's own good and the vibrations cause the screw knob to loosen on the belt. Just printed a tension stopper for the screw knob and it fixed that no problem though. I print pretty comfortably on 150mm/s and it's still nice and fast without being too fast.

Very low quality - good luck with the customer support!

Order as a birthday gift set it up and it is defective and could have caught my house on fire so I tried to contact the company. There is no return option! By the time anyone responds everything is well outside of the two week window. Very very bad experience with product and service!

This printer didn't even last one day before it broke. It ruins all of the 10 prints I've tried with different materials, different settings, etc. It doesn't even feed PLA through the extruder before. Have the correct PLA, have the correct temp, everything is configured EXACTLY as it should be, and it DOES NOT WORK. Avoid this printer.

My printer has given me nothing but issues since the day I boght it and support is TERRIBLE. There is no Live chat, their messages are difficult to understand, and they only respond to emails between 2am-4am USA time.

Big mistake purchasing, NOT A BEGGINER PRINTER

It only works for small prints, as soon as you print something medium/large the item will expand due to the fast cooling which causes the nozle to scrape the 3D print making this machine useless. There is also NO REAL RETURN POLICY, they sponsor a 14 day return policy but they will not accept it if the item is used.

We have had no problems as of yet. This is the 3rd printer we've owned, but the first from this company. So far we absolutely love it. Supports are easy to remove and the print is twice as fast as our other one from FlashForge.
