Shipping Restrictions

Your order can be delivered to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington, D.C. However, we currently do not ship to Alaska,U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau).
We now offer shipping for 3D printers to Hawaii. Please note that resins and filaments and accessories remain unavailable for Hawaii delivery at this time. Shipping costs for Hawaii orders are determined at checkout.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

3. Please ensure all order details are accurate and your phone is accessible. If a product is returned due to the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees and redelivery costs prior to resending the item:

1. Consumable Parts
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received.

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.

5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has a critical defect, manufacturing flaw, or any other significant functional issues.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product was significantly damaged during transit, provided you submit a carrier-issued damage report to Elegoo.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition.
● You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped and a carrier interception attempt is unsuccessful, you must wait until the package (if refused) is returned and inspected. Once confirmed, we will process your cancellation. In this case, you are responsible for all related shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.

If you return a product due to a reported issue, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If, after testing, the returned product is found not to exhibit the reported issue, Elegoo may deduct costs such as shipping and any customer-caused damage, including:
● Cosmetic damage to the product or its packaging (e.g., making the original shipping box unusable);
● Missing accessories or parts;
● Damage resulting from improper packaging during return shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our after-sales team will assess its condition and determine any applicable charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
● Returned items must be sent back to designated locations before a refund can be processed.
● The value of any missing items—such as accessories, cables, or filaments—will be deducted from the refund amount.
● If you request to return a non-defective item within 14 calendar days of receipt, you are responsible for all applicable charges.

Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
● Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be approved by our official customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost, for which we are not responsible. Always contact customer service before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.

DO NOT BUT THIS JUNK!

I have been resin printing for over a decade, and the Elegoo Jupiter SE is, without a doubt, the worst machine I have ever operated. This printer is not just poorly made; it has a fundamental design flaw that will cause it to catastrophically fail on you.

During normal operation, the machine aggressively splashes resin outside of the vat. This isn't a minor, manageable mess or a case of user error. The resin seeps deep into the chassis, cures itself to the internal frame, and completely destroys the front touch panel. Once this happens, the machine is totally unsalvageable. You cannot clean it, and you cannot fix it—you are simply left with a $700 boat anchor.

It is absolutely shameful that Elegoo released a printer to the public with such a massive, fatal defect. If you are considering buying this machine, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Do not waste your money on this junk.

Sent me broken Auto Feeder!

they sent me a broken auto feeder and now support is telling me to connect it, like im a retard or something. it is connected and its not working! this companies support sucks! i should have gone with Phrozen MEGA 8K. i dont know why i bother with elegoo or creality or anycubic all these are the same garbage chinese junk !

Product works as advertised

Product works as advertised, unfortunately it took a month to get, with multiple back and fourth issues with Elegoo’s support team to correct this issue. In all honesty if I ever purchase another elegoo product I will make sure it's something I can purchase from a third-party vendor that has actual support and is able to correct issues in a timely manner without attempting to rely on a purchased protection plan.

Difficult to get refund

I was excited to get this printer, but unfortunately, every print I've attempted has failed. I’ve re-leveled the build plate multiple times, but the issues have only worsened. I’ve decided to return the printer and contacted customer service. I’m still waiting for approval to send it back. (Been waiting a day now) Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this printer. Also if you do buy, buy it on amazon for an easier return process.

Difficult to get refund

Very Dissappointed

My printer came with a non-functioning LCD. After going back and forth through email, they sent me a new screen. I installed it with a video. The only thing it will consistently print successfully is the test file that optimized to work on that specific machine. They refused to honor their 30 warranty and refused to exchange or return the printer. And support takes sooooooo long. you send an email. two day later you get an answer. Then its a day or two before you have the time to do what they told you to do. I'm sorry but after sale service is extremely poor

Replaced fep now nothing prints

So took some time to get the right settings but I had them and everything was printing fine. The fep wore out so I replaced it and now nothing will adhere to the build plate. I have leveled the bed, increased the bottom layer exposer I am at 80.000. O lossened the fep, I got a heater and nothing will adhere.

This has been the most frustrating printer ever. I will be scratching the build plate, increasing bottom exposer again and loosening fep again. Note I try these different things between each print attempt.

This printer has waster so much time and is now costing me in the $100 of wasted resin. Got this in Nov.

I will have to give up printing the parts I need on this and solo work on test to pray it will print again. Worthless in my opinion with this much trouble after just replacing the fep.

Superb Machine

High quality build. Vertical rail system is robust and sturdy. Print quality is fantastic, and auto resin recycle feature is very useful and effective, even before tilting the reservoir.

I can't thank Elegoo for making so many improvements and constantly staying ahead of the game. Listening to the suggestions of customers especially. The Jupiter SE is by far one of my flagship machines in my print farm and has been running nonstop since it's release!

Amazing quality

Had this printer a couple of weeks now and the bed size is absolutely massive and the print quality is way higher than i expected. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Poor build quality bad resin pump

I ordered this with high hopes, but once again I was let down by poor build quality and problems right out of the box. The resin pump was inoperative (made a loud noise and the spout would not go up or down on its own. No resin was deposited or withdrawn from the vat. Seems to be a gearing problem). Customer support has been unresponsive

As with all Elegoo products, this printer arrived packed well and was up and running in about an hour. I have the first Gen Jupiter as well (plus multiple Saturn and Mars) and like the new compact (and lighter) design.

Honestly, elegoo stuff just works for me. I have other printers but Any-brand but these seem to have weird errors. A quick level and im rifling out print after print on my Jupiter.

I love my new Jupiter SE printer. I have only used ELegoo products and this one is perfect for my needs!

good print size and fast
The only problem I have found is the plastic screen protector.
On one occasion a little resin was spilled on it and it caused it to stain. I thought it would be isolated but I didn't have to remove it.
but everything else is very good

I have not used it yet. It arrived 2 days before I went out of town on business. I unboxed it to insure nothing was damaged in shipping.

Amazing machine!!!!

I have been printing none stop since it came in. I love it and i am holding out for a larger size printer but i might get another JUPITER SE. i wish i could have picked the features i wanted. i.e i do not use the resin fill. i have not had any issues at all. leveled with 2 sheets of paper and everything has been amazing. wish i got more FEPs for printing.

It isn't clear if the tank and build plate are included with the basic model. Do these need to be ordered seperatly?

Since the Jupiter SE doesn't have wifi, can I use a wifi dongle to send files from my PC to the Jupiter SE?
