  • Your order can be delivered to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington, D.C. However, we currently do not ship to Alaska,U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau).
  • We now offer shipping for 3D printers to Hawaii. Please note that resins and filaments and accessories remain unavailable for Hawaii delivery at this time. Shipping costs for Hawaii orders are determined at checkout.
  • Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

3. Please ensure all order details are accurate and your phone is accessible. If a product is returned due to the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees and redelivery costs prior to resending the item:

1. Consumable Parts 
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received. 

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
 
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions: 
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has a critical defect, manufacturing flaw, or any other significant functional issues.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product was significantly damaged during transit, provided you submit a carrier-issued damage report to Elegoo.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition.
● You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped and a carrier interception attempt is unsuccessful, you must wait until the package (if refused) is returned and inspected. Once confirmed, we will process your cancellation. In this case, you are responsible for all related shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.

If you return a product due to a reported issue, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If, after testing, the returned product is found not to exhibit the reported issue, Elegoo may deduct costs such as shipping and any customer-caused damage, including:
● Cosmetic damage to the product or its packaging (e.g., making the original shipping box unusable);
● Missing accessories or parts;
● Damage resulting from improper packaging during return shipment.
 
Upon receipt of the returned item, our after-sales team will assess its condition and determine any applicable charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
● Returned items must be sent back to designated locations before a refund can be processed.
● The value of any missing items—such as accessories, cables, or filaments—will be deducted from the refund amount.
● If you request to return a non-defective item within 14 calendar days of receipt, you are responsible for all applicable charges.

Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
● Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be approved by our official customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost, for which we are not responsible. Always contact customer service before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.
● Late Return Requests: Return requests made more than 14 calendar days after receipt will not be accepted.
● Incomplete or Damaged Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition — with all accessories, parts, gifts, tools, and packaging included. ● Once a qualified return is received, Elegoo will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment account. For certain payment methods, if a refund cannot be processed to the original account after 6 months, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm an alternative refund method.
● These terms do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished products.

Follow the diagram to properly attach the adapter plate to the printer's casing using the screws provided in the tool kit (only install the diagonal screws on the top left and bottom right).

Bad directions and parts

I can't even get the heater installed. The bracket that comes to install into lids has two different screws. The instructions aren't clear which screws should be used.

Neither set firmly hold the bracket to the lid. Just touching the plate from the inside cause the bracket to fall off because the screws are holding tight enough.

Then you have to try to hold the heater to the bracket that isn't secure and use screws to screw into simple pilot holes. The have no grooves in them, so I'd have to apply pressure to get the screw in which would cause the bracket to slip out.

so as the title says I have it in my new mars 5 ultra, I walked into the room and checked on my print and saw the read out on it showing 35 c and fluctuating up to 38 c is this normal?

Elegoo Mini Heater Review: Game Changer for Our Shop!

I recently picked up the Elegoo Mini Heater for our production area, and I’ve gotta say—it’s been a lifesaver. It keeps the chamber at a steady 28°C, no problem. I was a little worried about keeping temps consistent, but this thing does the job without any hassle.

What really sold me, though, is the ventilation. I was expecting I’d need to figure out some way to suck the air out myself, but the heater takes care of that for me. Our shop already has enough smells going on, so it’s nice not to have to add extra steps to keep the air moving and the chamber nice and toasty.

If you're running a small business and need something simple to keep your workspace warm and ventilated, this heater’s definitely worth it. Makes a big difference!

Had a problem with things sticking to the bottom of the resin vat, the room I am printing in is cold, 0-15 c in the winter this fixed the problem and keeps the resin and build plate in the 30c range

Functions really well. Was just what I needed. Prints are finally working correctly. My only criticism is that the attachment plate will not work with the air purifier attachment so I need to get tent box as a work around for fumes. Otherwise, the heater is essential for colder workspaces. Would highly recommend.

Works amazing and pretty solid cost

Heater works amazing and maintains the temp insanely well so prints dont fail in colder weather and prevents resin adhearing to your fep film due to preventing cold resin. Only complaint i have is that i wish it could be plugged into one of the usb spots but other than that this works great.

Heater is working great

A heater was a definitely needed for the 4 Ultra.
Looks like you realized that and fixed that and other problems in the NEW ULTRA 16K.

Good heater

The room that I print in is consistently 13-15C in the winter, this heats up my Saturn 4 Ultra to 25C pretty quickly.

I do wish this wasn't necessary and I think I'd rather have a vat heater, but this definitely works quite well. It's also really easy to install.

Needs updated motherboard

Heater installs easily and works as intended. Having the power button and cord accessible from the outside of the print chamber is an improvement over other brands. Unfortunately, my heater has the motherboard that causes 'banding' on thinner prints. Now I need to contact Elegoo for a replacement (something they should have taken care of before shipping to me).

Works as advertised, but needs a timer

Works great, I turn it on 15 minutes before printing and I've had no errors. I do wish it came with a timer feature or auto shutoff of some sort. Since, when the print ends it continues heating indefinitely until manually switched off. (I ordered a wall timer off amazon to fix this issue)

Excellent little heater

This does a great job at keeping everything at a nice constant temperature.

too cool

Not only will it work as a ambient temp in the enclosure. but put it in a 5gallon bucket with a stack of your filament and you have a dehydrator.

Great little heater

Not strong enough for freezing and below but I never expected it to be. Works perfect to keep everything at temp in 40+ F environments

Works like a charm!

I tried a test print when I first got my Saturn 4 and it came out perfectly. Then a week later I tried a few more prints and they all failed. I had no idea why at first. Then someone told me that my prints might be failing because the weather had suddenly gotten much colder. So I bought the mini heater, installed it, let it preheat for a few minutes and once it was warmed up I started printing again. No failed prints since. I was surprised to learn how important the temperature was for printing with resin. Now I wouldn't even think about trying to print in the winter without one of these!

Works well

My resin printers are in garage, it gets very cold in there during winter. I purchased 2 of these to help with print quality.
So far they are doing well down to 40 degrees. Let you know more as temp drops further

Great heater

I let the heater pre-heat for about 15 minutes with resin in the vat prior to starting a print with great results every time.

Causes layer lines

Ever since I installed this heater, I have been seeing later lines in my Saturn 4 Ultra prints. I reached out to Elegoo through their website for resolution with no response.

the heater does not go over 25c and when its some what working it wont go over 26c i got a heater off amazon for 30$ and it will go up to 60c if i wanted it to
